Upcoming wednesday evening starting after the 8pm guild mission its time to grab some guild boss scrolls!
Make sure to keep an eye on the missions tab(both mob fighting but also general missions tab) and let officers know when there is a boss mission we can accept!

We will then slay all the bosses on saturday 20:00 CET up to a maximum of 6 bosses!

see you then!

Had a chance to chat with a BDO employee (not simple promotion team members) at gamescom today and here is the story:

They dont believe the game is close near pay2win because the money you have to spend in order to get it back for silver is enormous and they are doing this for players who are poor but still want the costume or other item. I told them there's barely a chance to get it from the marketplace but thats part of the challenge. Furthermore i told them housing is 100% pay2win right now with bonusses removed from normal items but still there on paid items, and he admitted it wasa valid point and would throw that in the group.... On awakenings they are doing warrior first because it is the most least played class atm(he didnt admit that but i said it and he nodded xD) and they are not doing all at once because they cant make it, quite some are still buggy on skills and not final to be played outside of the booth(wich is basicly the whole game wich you can play for 20mins at lvl 60) and finally about the chargeback warning they feel its their "duty" to warn people what a chargeback is and that saying "game became pay2win" or similar will not make a bank agree with the chargeback.
They also said that regarding to awakening release, that nothing is set in stone yet. They might also release awakenings in batches. I also told that i believe seperating awakening release will unbalance the game but he then argued that with the developer vs players battle on stage, one of them was playing without using awakenings at all...
This is what we talked about and what he told me in a chat of about 30 minutes. Obviously he has to be neutral and careful with answers but i liked his neutrality but still able to give some opinions (wich i wont really give public because that's unfair)

He didnt try to run or something, we talked for about 30 minutes or a bit more and it was really nice and friendly. I expected them to go away or being "too busy".

On the view of the awakenings themselfs: I think tamer was pretty fun, but the kunoichi was epic. It is already a fast-paced class but awakening will make it teleport all over your screen!

Thanks for coming to our guild meeting everyone!

I have made the following speech during the meeting:

People online seemed more in favour of recruiting more people. Do note that this will be slow if it works at all but i will try starting monday.
But I would still like opinions about people who didnt show at the meeting this evening, maybe we should make a poll sometime.

Furthermore, we discussed about guild funds and we will probaly start a guild boss scroll event soon, and lastly we will soon implement weekly normal boss scroll days. We will ask all guild members to keep the scrolls for those days so that everyone gets a steady party every time.
Hello 'y all! How did everyone enjoy last month? I'm back from vacation and while still having quite some stuff to do and work starting again I will probaly be back playing next week monday/tuesday.

I would like to organise a guild meeting for the upcoming saturday. There i would like to talk about the guild's state, future, and what you seek from cupcake thunder in general. If you have other things to talk about or to note be sure to let me know :)

We will have a guild meeting on upcoming thursday evening. We will discuss things that could go better and would like some feedback from you. if you have some feedback or point of improvement for us. please let us know before hand so we can set up the meeting to be as smooth as possible.
