Thanks for coming to our guild meeting everyone!

I have made the following speech during the meeting:

People online seemed more in favour of recruiting more people. Do note that this will be slow if it works at all but i will try starting monday.
But I would still like opinions about people who didnt show at the meeting this evening, maybe we should make a poll sometime.

Furthermore, we discussed about guild funds and we will probaly start a guild boss scroll event soon, and lastly we will soon implement weekly normal boss scroll days. We will ask all guild members to keep the scrolls for those days so that everyone gets a steady party every time.

Hi Koni! welcome back , i could not be online during meeting although i wanted too.

Because of the nature of the game and how developers choose to manage content(raising cap for hardcore players, making previous endgame more accesible to casual) there is a constant spike and decline in activity and population that causes more hardcore dudes to swarm around guilds with high activity at the given time.
You and the rest of the officers managed to carry us through a practically dead period of BDO better than anyone could have expected, maintaining a casual friendly atmosphere in the guild.

Now , i would really like play this game hardcore ,but ,having to prepare my diplomacy until October i know that i can't.

      Finaly,
Although i know i am far from an ideal guild member , for what its worth ill say that,
for me, you have always made the right choises and i am happy to have you on the steering wheel.

      Thanks :))

Yo, I might be a bit drunk atm and if I notice tomorrow that I've mentioned anything that is too far from what I really think I will edit it, but here goes, because I kinda wanna get this minor stuff off my chest before I go to bed.

      1. I will have to make sure to mention to Miko that you have finally posted on the website again, because he was really excited to see how you would react when all the strong pvp-focused players left in the wake of his departure. Even though I didn't leave to follow Miko, it was his departure that triggered my leaving the guild since I had been thinking about it for a little while before as well, just wanting to try to aim higher for a bit. But that's history now, doesn't really matter.

      2. I joined Asura and the most satisfying thing I got from being in that guild was the way they utilized guild contracts, it's not really advanced or anything, but they had it set up the way that you only got weekly contracts but you were required to get 10k activity during that week, and if you did you got your contract increased by the max amount possible, I believe it's 100%. I really liked that system, I like to be able to get a visible confirmation of my contribution to the guild outside of just hanging out and having fun, because that might not be enough for everyone, and you can still hang out and have fun without assisting with guild missions. The important part to note is that the guild salary is not meant to be taken out daily, but to be kept as a reserve for when you need potions or repair in a pinch. So even if that's not the way that everyones contracts are handled, I'd like mine to be handled that way, because it doesn't really cost the guild anything and it gives the individual player something to measure their commitment to the guild with.

      3. It's pretty cool to be back, even though I weren't gone for long. Just remember that I'm back as a casual gamer, I won't go as hardcore as I ever did before I left, I've given up on the dream that the Cupcakes might become a powerhouse. But I don't care if we're forever CupcakeGarden, I like it here anyways.

that might be a fun contract system, but it might cost us as a guild something since we dont have the luxury of obtaining nodes currently wihc is a guild's main income of money.
How i react? Well i'm quite sad, but i can understand them for leaving. I wish recruitment would go better, more people was all we really needed. Gear is currently not a problem anymore in the guild.
