The minimum skill requirement rule has been removed from our guild. We came to this descision after an officer meeting yesterday. The game does not offer enough PVP competition to have a need for a minimum skill requirement. This however DOES NOT mean that training stops or the rule of having the will to become better is removed. These things still stands. I forgot to mention this at the meeting, i knew i had forgotten something xD.

As the last post said, we have a new guild rule.

Please make sure to edit your introduction topics and add your ingame name to the top of your post. This allows everyone to easily see who is who. Everyone will get 2 weeks to do this, starting from the posting of this news article.
To those nubs who didn't come to the teamspeak meeting of today, here is little writedown.

1. New rule in the guild. At beta there were quite some unknown names and we didnt know who was who. Therefore we are going to introduce a new rule wich requires people to put their ingame name at their introduction topic. We are gonna give everyone 2 weeks to edit this. If we do not see an edit within 2 weeks they didnt read the meeting or were not at this current TS meeting or were too lazy, and we will remove them from the guild.
Please put your ingame name all the way on top of your introduction topic. This way its much easier to see who is who. This rule will not be on the rule list since this will simply be a requirement at future recruitments. On teamspeak we want your name to be reconisable as well so we know who is who. But this isnt gonna be a solid rule or something.

2. All rules will go into effect on the 15th of january.
This means that things are about to change in Cupcake Thunder. We still expect to lose 1/3 of the amount of members in guild because they are not showing up at game launch or have not enough activity or do not pay etc. The time to slack around and do nothing is over. I'm not gonna be lazy in guild rules anymore. We will look at activity on teamspeak and ingame joining on events, dungeons etc, payments being completed and if people fit socially.

3. Payment system. I will time how much i will play ingame at the headstart and how much money that earns me by questing. After that i will set the weekly contribution required. This will be set in the first 2 or 3 days of headstart. The first week of paying your contribution will be made 10 days instead of 7 days because of the headstart.
At start the payment system will work by giving me your money by mail. I will then put a X behind your name on a spreadsheet and that means you paid.
Later on you can pay directly into the guild bank because it requires a minimum of 1gold. Then just contact me or an officer, tell them youre gonna put it in the guild bank, then wait for confirmation of an officer, then pay. Then we put a X behind your name and you paid. If you do not wait for confirmation from a officer or paid earlier or whatever we will count it as donations- Wich we really really need as well or we have to raise the minimum payment requirements. Currently those minimum payments will be made very low so our least-active players can still contribute.

4. Officers Trial period starting....

Learn more about the gathering and crafting guilds you can join.

It takes more than warriors to make the world work. The Earthen Realm is filled with countless merchants, master crafters, and skilled artisans honing their work to perfection. Many have rallied together to form enormous guilds which reach every corner of the Realm, selling their wares and offering their services to the world... for the right price.

Contracts and Reputation

In a modern era of convenience, a warrior is no longer responsible for crafting their own equipment—it’s a practice better left to the professionals! Those looking to make use of the guilds simply need to speak with a Guild Representative, found commonly in major towns, to request a contract with the guild. It’s possible to establish contracts with a maximum of two Gathering Guilds and two Crafting Guilds at a time. Specific Crafting Guilds use materials collected by specific Gathering Guilds, so it’s important that one does the necessary research to know which connections they want to make. While one can freely end contracts and start new ones at any time, one will lose their established reputation with the guild and need to start from scratch if they want to rejoin later!

Once a contract is established, a warrior can order various goods and services from a guild. After placing an order and paying a nominal fee, one must simply wait a while before the order is fulfilled for them. It’s best to place an order before adventuring, allowing the guilds to work in the meantime. All those wonderful items will be waiting when you return after a long day of righting wrongs and fighting monsters.

Gathering

In order to make the finest goods, first one must gather the finest materials. Widely dubbed as Gathering Guilds, there are a handful of groups who travel far and wide digging up only the best components upon request. They are the lifeblood of the industry; without them, the Crafting Guilds would be lost. As one works with the Gathering Guilds, they will gain a reputation as being a reliable customer and thus gain access to rare materials over time.

The Gathering Guilds each specialize in sampling specific facets of nature. “The Stonecutters” gather earth and stone, while “The...
