  It's normal in the UK. Or at least England, idk about the rest.
  Lots of fireworks even after Guy Fawkes (Nov 5th)/ bonfire night leading up to NYE. Wish it was like that here so I wouldn't have to hear annoying 10-25 year olds with fireworks all the time near NYE.
