But, things like this would lead to drama because the more attention you give to it the longer it will last like @Haika D Raige said, and I think that we just need to do the simple way by asking them to stop or you just need to move to another channel. Small things like this should be talk in private to be honest. And for sure small things like this won't come to an end. It's true that we are a social-guild that everyone can join the channel but sometimes it's very annoying while my group are doing BSH-4-man and they just come and bother the group and even talk loud.
The "Chillout Planet" aren't used that much because our members usually join the channel with the most people on it.
But, now we have a limit channel on the PvE Channels which would MAYBE helps for the group who is doing dungeon..

So in the end is that I suggest people to do if they get annoyed by the "Esu esu desu" or something else could ask them to move to another, leave the channel or ask them too turn it a little bit down..

This really isn't that BIG problem but, yeah it's something we should have a talk about. Which we did
    now.

EDIT: So the main channel, "Chillout Planet" we should all talk normal and don't talk that loud OR swear that much

OK I want to form my opinion as well on this topic, tbh Im getting sick of all this drama in the guild, Then its because of this ESU DESU thing, before that its because of the lyn blade Cancer thing, and I heard other things as well, there is a reason why Im getting tired to be on TS lately and just putting music on and go on the AFK channel and do my own thing....

Im not saying that these dont need to be adressed at all, tbh I dont think at all that creating seperate channels is a good thing, you are isolating members that obviously have frustrations about this and want to be part of the group, after all we are a social guild in the first place....

What will happen is that players who are moved and are in a seperate channel feel more and more ignored and are going to leave the guild, the only reason why anyone needs to be in a seperate channel is because of focus in a PVP match or a specific dungeon, or when to much people are talking together while having seperate groups. Anything else should be adressed with a simple talk or a notification to tune down a bit.

One more thing and on a side note, As for runs in BSH4 and any future guild runs in new dungeons, like this is going atm we are going to have a serious problem with other members to catch up. I understand tommorow, yes new dungeon, mushin floor 8 everyone wants to try it...who is capable off which is normal, I get that the players who are capable off should do it to learn to give advice later on.
But after a couple of weeks at least take some members along in a couple of runs that are new to it, I did BSH4 yesterday with an amazing group like 30 -40 minutes while I did some in like1h and a half with another group this weekend, in a way its a waist of my time but like I said I dont mind at all....
If we are going to ignore this for like half of the guild who didnt do it yet again more seperate groups will form and eventually the guild is going to devide even more. I know everyone wants to progress fast but we are in no way a hardcore guild but leaning more to a casual guild.

We are all people who enjoy gaming, that is our passion otherwise you wouldnt be here so try to keep everyone as happy as you can and stick together as a group.

Closing now sorry for the long text ;-)

    Regards Darky :p

I feel bad about not having much input since I don't know exactly how bad it is/was but I can agree we are all old enough to speak to each other about it. I know it can be difficult to tell someone to 'stop' or 'tone down' since you don't want to hurt anyones feelings and it's not like you know beforehand how personally they are going to take it, but I know for a fact we all love each other enough to sort the issues. If anyone has been exposed to the point of vulnerabilty on this guild, it's me so I can say without a doubt everyone here will have the utmost respect for one another and their feelings. So I do personally think it's better to face the situation head on rather than make a topic about it later, since I know none of the cupcakes want to be a bother to someone, especially unknowingly.

Well Aminnia I like your post but not everyone wants to deal with this head on but then again when things escalate to much thats why officers or Koni are for and try to find a peacefull solution for it, I think if something like this is happening contact an officer instantly, bring everyone involved together and an officer and talk it out.

I do agree with you that those who have experience with the dungeon should help the new members, BUT what if they don't have the gear to do it? It would be hard for the party right, don't you think?
And if we tell them nicely that they can't go because the dmg is too weak, they would call us rude or something or even don't like us.

Well 3 people well geared and 1 like a bit lower shouldnt be a problem I think, yes you might wipe some times but still in the long run we gained another member who knows what to do and who can share his knowledge to the next guildy and so on.

Of course you are right, we shouldnt take like someone with 300 attack power in BSH4, it will only be frustrating for them because they die all the time but all IM asking is a bit more attention to people who want to do it instead of a 4 men with the same people :p

About that, toodi and I have spent the last week taking people that haven't cleared BSH4 yet and teach them everything, I would really like some more people to do this as well. But it's something we've been talking about since a long time. I really appreciate your concerns about this topic Dark D:

Back to the topic, about the Esu esu thing/drama stuff, we'll be discussing the matter about that very soon.

I've never even done a single 4 man run in my life. Mostly because issues arised soon as I hit level 45 but still. Would indeed be nice to know people are willing to take me when I can.

Hello? Since when does "social" mean that EVERYONE needs to sit in the same room unless they do PVP or hard dungeon?
This "we are social guild so we need to talk to every single member an equal amount of time every day otherwise they feel left out and that causes them to leave the clan" is getting pretty old and annoying already. If you want to be part of the group then do something about it, this isn't kindergarden where someone comes and holds ur hand and drags you into group activity (yeah that kinda does happen time to time which is nice and all but dont count on it - TAKE ACTION !).,

If you are new and you are behind with gear and you wont be taken to hardest content then get gear, get better at the game - everyone has gone trough the exact same gearing up progress - dont expect to be carried trough dungeons so you can gear up faster on the expense of others.

If the clan has 60 people it's just .. childish? .. to actually think that everyone will be friends - im not saying clan members shouldnt get along. Being friends with someone and getting along are not the same things :).

I kinda feel like my thread has been derailed. Keep on topic please. The reason I created this thread was to have this silly thing to gain recognition. Of course I could talk to each player one by one like Vend said but I was interested about what is Koni's take on it as the Guildmaster and him to give some though to it.
