You will need:

A level 3 refinery
Skilled in alchemy
A shit-load of materials!
Quite some nodes
To do some farming
To kill mobs for materials

I put it in a spreadsheet for myself to calculate but here are the base values if you want to make 1 of each:

I figured a way to afk-run in the game endlessly without the auto-pathing or the use of a controller.
Depending on what you wanna train you either carry a trade pack or not.
Strenght => tradepack
breath => nothing

What you need is:
- A large empty in-game house
- Tradepack (optional)
- 3 weights or objects to hold down 3 different keys on your keyboard.

The plan is to let your character run circles inside your house where it's safe from being seen by others,...
