All new site functions compared to our old site

Here is a list of what's new and how it works:

√ Powerful DDOS Protection. So we should get no downtime.
(1. Our service is hosted at a reseller from OVH's France Datacenters.

√ No "this website requires an additional security check" message anymore.
(1. No incapsula bugs/enjin bugged anti-ddos network.

√ No shared users between different enjin sites wich makes stuff confusing.
(1. On Enjin, you would get notifications or messages with our site logo, from a different network or community making you feel like its cupcake related, but it was not.

√ No stopid(opinion maybe) enjin social network.
(1. If added someone as friend you would get alerts of profile posts. Also again not only for cupcake members. This site is seperate from other communities.

√ Full backup control if something goes wrong, we can get everything up pretty fast.
(1. I will make full backups of the database and the software, so if our reseller decides to stop, we can switch hosts wich will take 24-72 hours, but will have everything the way it was with the last backup.

√ A more professional look and functionality because the premium software "Xenforo".
(1. You can tag users by placing a "@" before someone's name. This will make them get a alert that they were mentioned on the forum. A bit like how twitter works. A very nice and easy way to get attention to someone. This tagging function also works in the new shoutbox/chat.
(2. The news, events and forums works wonderfully together.
(3. You can search members in the members tab(see right side of the site) or with the main search bar. Results of members will be placed on the right side of the site, while normal results will be placed below the search form.
(4. A better PM system. Conversation-like.

√ Custom Smilie support.
(1. If you have request for a nice additional smilies pack let me know. Must be exeptional and fitting, since i dont want to put in too many smilies. The current ones are ALOT better then what we had.

√ New Media Gallery system.
(1. Members and ex-members can upload a maximum of 50 photo's per user to a album to prevent flooding of my limited disk space. You cannot create albums yourself to prevent clutter. PM Konijntje for a custom album request.

√ A better shoutbox.
(1. all last 100 messages are shown, and you can easily access the archive to see all messages.
(2. Disabling sound will be saved in the database. So you don't have to disable it at every refresh.

√ A powerful mobile website.
(1. The chat icon on top opens up a chat page for mobile users.
(2. To switch to desktop mode scroll all the way down for a link to do this.
(3. To search the mobile site, use the menu and scroll down in that menu

√ Background is always stretched over your screen's resolution.
(1. At enjin the background at your profile's dashboard, messages etc was centered, not stretched, leaving big ugly white bars)

√ Our own favicon for the site.

√ The ability to change your poll vote.

√ User's cannot change their birthday date. They could at Enjin- fooling the birthday tag and message.

√ A better teamspeak server that's also DDOS protected and works more stable. (already been using this for a while)

√ A better teamspeak viewer that updates every minute instead of at random times right now.

√ Faster website using less resources.
