    To note before you vote:
    - If fishing wins, it will only be upgraded once. not multiple levels.
    - The next up winner in the vote will be focussed on after that.
    - Damage Reduction probaly means 1DP extra, but cannot be confirmed online.
    - This is to get a general idea of what people would like to have next. we might decide to suddenly go for the last AP or HP or something else as leadership of the guild.

    I added fishing because i feel its a good option to have as a "break" between combat-focussed guild skills so some more guildies can earn more money in afk fishing and normal fishing.
